Born in Veracruz, Mexico, and based in Montreal for more than two decades, I have dedicated my life to perfecting the culinary arts. My training combines the rich heritage of Mexican cuisine with the refined techniques of French gastronomy that I acquired at Montreal's finest schools.
My career has taken me from fine-dining restaurants like the Ritz-Carlton Montreal and the Fairmont Mont-Tremblant, to residences where I cook with all my heart for those who need it most. Every dish I prepare tells a story, every ingredient has a purpose.
